How To Make A Debt Free Flow Chart | Financial Freedom | Aja Dang Budget

How To Make A Debt Free Flow Chart | Financial Freedom | Aja Dang Budget

I’m Aja Dang and this is how to make a debt free flow chart to help you on your financial journey. I started using a financial flow chart to help me on my debt free journey as it was a great way to help me pay off my student loan debt. Now, I use it to track my sinking and savings funds and I continue to use even though I am debt free because it’s a great way to stay financially motivated.

I guess you would consider this bullet journaling but even though only really talented people with a great artistic eye tend to bullet journal, this is an easy thing we can ALL do. It can be tailored to your personal preferences and can be used for debt/sinking funds and savings tracking.

Once I have a fully funded emergency fund and have saved up for my sinking funds for the year, I will use this flow chart to start having for a house AND a wedding. Saving money is supppper boring and hard to stay motivated but this is kinda like a game. You’d be surprised how satisfying it is to color in a block because that block represents a mini goal you’ve achieved.

HOW to ACHIEVE FINANCIAL FREEDOM in India | Retire early in your 30s

How to Achieve Financial Freedom in India or Financial Independence and Retire Early in India in Hindi.
FIRE movement has been in popularity recently. As everyone wants to get rid of money problems early to be financially independent fast. Some people desire financial freedom in their 40s or some people would desire it in their 30s.

In this video, I talk about how I achieved financial freedom in my 20s and how you can too by simply investing a portion of your money using the 4% rule or the safe withdrawal rate strategy for early retirement in India.

Financial freedom requires your money to work for you. So when you’re not actively working, your money is passively working for you. In that case, you need to first focus on investing your money where it grows at a faster rate than any other place for the longest period of time.

In this video, I talk about investing your money in an index fund as the stock market may not be the best option for every individual. Even after investing in an index fund, you’ll realize it’s a good idea to stay invested for the longest period of time and let your money compound with time.

8 Levels of Financial Freedom (Financial Independence)

Reaching financial freedom can be quite an accomplishment. Years of dedication have likely been set forth in order to reach that point. However, how do you know exactly when you’ve reached financial freedom? When you can stop working? When you can travel the world or when you can purchase even the most expensive items without a significant impact to your net worth? In the same way there are different meanings for the word rich or wealthy, financial freedom can mean various things to different people. Breaking the phrase down into smaller, more digestible terms can clear up some confusion. These are 8 levels of financial freedom or financial independence. You can use them as a guide to help you distinguish where you are now and where you’d like to go.

What Is Financial Independence
Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) is a movement dedicated to a program of extreme savings and investment that allows proponents to retire far earlier than traditional budgets and retirement plans would allow.

Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) is a financial movement defined by frugality and extreme savings and investment.
By saving up to 70% of annual income, FIRE proponents aim to retire early and live off small withdrawals from accumulated funds.
The FIRE movement was born from a 1992 book “Your Money or Your Life,” written by two financial gurus.
Understanding Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE)
By dedicating up to 70% of income to savings, followers of the FIRE movement may eventually be able to quit their jobs and live solely off small withdrawals from their portfolios decades before the conventional retirement age of 65.1

Of course, FIRE isn’t a surefire plan, and extremely high rates of saving at the expense of current quality of life and lifestyle should be considered.

Borne out of the 1992 best-selling book Your Money or Your Life by Vicki Robin and Joe Dominguez, FIRE came to embody a core premise of the book: juxtaposing expenses and time spent at work against hours of your life. Every expense is compared to the time spent at work in order to earn the purchase.2

In more recent years, Millennials in particular have embraced the FIRE movement with the aim of retiring well before the traditional retirement age of 65. Proponents of the extreme-saving lifestyle often begin by remaining for several years in the traditional workforce in order to save up to 70% of their yearly income. Once their savings reach approximately 30 times their yearly expenses, often roughly million, they may quit their day jobs or completely retire from any form of employment altogether.1

To cover their living expenses after retiring at a young age, FIRE devotees make small withdrawals from their savings, typically around 3% to 4% yearly. Depending on the size of the savings and desired lifestyle, this requires extreme diligence to monitor expenses and continued maintenance and reallocation of their investments.
